Anna Hofmann completed her master´s degree in economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. She is co-founder, shareholder, and has been running the company since its foundation in 2006. Anna Hofmann worked at the Austrian National Bank's Economic Analysis Department. Previously, she was responsible for the Debt New Issues CEE-Origination at Bank Austria Creditanstalt in Vienna, where she gained valuable know-how in corporate and project financial advisory by realizing various bond placements. She is responsible for project development, financing and realization of the GREEN SOURCE projects. She is an expert in project management and renewable energies.
OLIVER HASCHKA

Oliver Haschka completed his master’s degree in telecommunications at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna. He has 15 years of experience in technical sales, project management, key account management and business development in the energy and telecommunication business with a focus on smart grids. In the last 8 years he gained valuable experience in heading international technical and non-technical sales organisations across Europe including people management. In these years he worked as Head of Technical Sales for the Siemens Group, as Technical Sales manager for the VATECH Group, as Project Engineer for Nokia Networks and as Sales Director for the Mayr Melnhof Group. His hands-on mentality combined with strong analytic skills and his well-structured execution of work enables him to succeed in finalizing the technical realization and operation of GREEN SOURCE projects. He is responsible for all aspects of project implementation, operation and maintenance.
EDUARD IGNATYEV

Eduard Ignatyev earned his master´s degree in microelectronics at MIET, Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology, with focus on chip technology, PCB construction and manufacturing. He has extensive experience as a project manager in IT development for the Moscow Government, where he gained intimate knowledge of managing large-scale projects both from the perspective of the client as well as the contractor. As head of the bidding department team at Angstrem, the leading Russian company for microelectronics, he was responsible for the whole application process for tenders in the field of Research and Development. He gained experience as a engineer at Elins, Moscow, one of the leading Russian companies in the field of military microelectronics. Since July 2018 Eduard supports the GREEN SOURCE Team as a junior engineer.
NORBERT KÖLCH

After his studies of business administration at the University of Vienna, Norbert started as a trainee in the treasury department of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG in 2001. Following this traineeship, he moved to the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Department of Bank Austria covering as originator Austrian Corporates and Financials. After several years in Bank Austria he moved to Munich joining the UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking Division with focus on DCM financing of Infrastructure Projects in the renewable energy sector. In 2008 he finally left the UniCredit Group and took a position as Director in the DCM department at Raiffeisen Bank International in Vienna being responsible for Financial Institutions in the CIS & CEE region. Five years later he moved on to Brüll Kallmus Bank – Bankengruppe der Grazer Wechselseitigen as Head of Debt Capital Markets originating and executing different debt capital market transactions in Austria and CEE. Since October 2017 Norbert is part of the GREEN SOURCE Team in Vienna being responsible for the financing and structuring of photovoltaic projects in CIS and CEE.
SLATKO KOSTIC

Slatko Kostic an investment consultant cert. BAK and academic advertising and marketing manager with focus on renewable energy. He supported GREEN SOURCE in its founding year as an assistant manager and is once more part of the GREEN SOURCE management team since 2012. His more than 15 years of experience in sales and his duties as investment & financial advisor of Erste Group Bank AG make him an expert in the area of customer relations, banking and financing. Slatko is responsible for project finance at GREEN SOURCE and maintains the commercial responsibility of all the Slovak and Romaninan projects during operation.
JULIO C. RIMADA HERRERA

Julio C. Rimada Herrera obtained his Diploma in Physics at the University of Havana, Cuba, in 1997 with a thesis on third generation solar cells. Subsequently he obtained his Master in Sciences in Physics in 2001 and completed his PhD in Physics in 2006 also at the University of Havana on the topic of quantum solar cells. Julio has an extensive knowledge in semiconductor physics and PV materials, devices and systems with more than 30 scientific and technical papers published in peer-reviewed journals. He headed and participated in several national and international PV research projects and also developed PV application projects for some Cuban companies during his 20 years of working experience in academic and industrial environments. AT GREEN SOURCE Julio combines his fundamental understanding on photovoltaics with his practical approach and the ability to solve scientific and technical problems.
MARTIN PASTIR

Martin Pastir is an engineer and studied at the Alexander Dubcek University, Trencin – Faculty of Socioeconomic Relations, Human Resources and Personnel Management as well as Economy und Management. He worked as a business director for Raton Ltd., which is developing photovoltaic projects in Slovakia. Martin Pastir works for GREEN SOURCE since 2010. He is responsible for the project management and project acquisition in Slovakia. Based on his local knowledge, he is a key partner for the implementation of the Slovak GREEN SOURCE.
ANOUK JACOBS

Anouk Jacobs studied German language and literature at the University of Vienna. As a lector in the Passagen Verlag Wien and for Zsolnay & Deuticke, she was responsible for various areas of book production. She also supervised book projects, dissertations and contributions to scientific publications. She worked as a language teacher for English and German. At GREEN SOURCE, Anouk Jacobs is doing project controlling, reporting, management of financial affairs and proofreading of various documents and contracts.
AGNES FLEISSNER

Anges Fleißner studied media education at the University of Vienna. She worked as a media educator for a project of the Austrian Parliament called “Demokratiewerkstatt”, as a freelancer in the promotion and advertising agency "Die Verstärker Werbe GmbH" and for the ORF Radio Service GmbH. Since 2012, she supports the management team and is responsible for office management.
GEZA TATRALLYAY

Geza Tatrallyay, a founding investor and board member of GREEN SOURCE, spent his first years working at the Department of Finance in Ottawa. He worked in various corporate and investment, banking and strategy positions, and finally as senior vice president in risk management for the EMEA area at the Royal Bank of Canada. Geza Tatrallyay also served as a partner at MAVA Investment Management in Budapest, a USD 110 million private equity fund. He was a founding shareholder and board member of Vertis Environmental Finance in Budapest, a company focusing on emissions trading, brokerage and related advisory work. Geza Tatrallyay is an advisor to Venture Capital Cycle Management.
WILLARD J. L'HEUREUX

The founding investor and Chairman of GREEN SOURCE is a Canadian lawyer by profession. He is an experienced investor in early-stage companies in Canada and Europe, and previously has been a director of numerous boards of NYSE-listed companies. Willard L'Heureux also was president and CEO of Trizec Corporation of Calgary and president of Hees International Corp. of Toronto. A long-time community supporter, he is a former chairman of Special Olympics Canada and governor of the University of Toronto.
RICHARD HAMM

Richard Hamm, a founding investor and board member of GREEN SOURCE, has been involved in every aspect of the financial business for the last 32 years. Today, he is managing partner of Bristol Gate Capital Partners, a registered Investment Counselor which concentrates its direct investment portfolios on income growth securities. Richard Hamm is co-founder of Retail Plaza Corp. Properties Ltd., which is a real estate development company concentrating its activities in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
WOLFGANG SCHULZ

He is a German lawyer by profession, shareholder and partner of GREEN SOURCE who joined the company when it was founded. He is responsible for the structuring of projects and the corresponding contracts. Wolfgang Schulz contributes 12 years of professional experience from various board positions at companies of different sizes and growth stages, including startups. He has advised Parabel AG, a solar company in Berlin, in financing strategy and is a member of the supervisory board. In 2008 he successfully raised funds for the purchase and restructuring of the second largest cable television provider in Latvia. Previously, Wolfgang Schulz acted as executive vice president of TelDaFax and secured its IPO.
